50+ prompts I use daily for content creation, research, and business automation. Copy, paste, and adapt. No fluff, no email required.
Most people use AI like a search engine — they type a question and hope for the best. That's not how you get results. The difference between a mediocre AI output and a great one is almost always the prompt.
These are the prompts I return to every single week. Organized by use case. Steal them.
These prompts are designed to generate high-quality content fast — from social posts to full newsletters.
Write a 10-tweet thread about [TOPIC] for [TARGET AUDIENCE]. The hook tweet should make someone stop scrolling. Each tweet should be under 280 characters. End with a call to action. Tone: direct, no hype, slightly contrarian. Format as Tweet 1, Tweet 2, etc.
Write a newsletter issue for my audience of [AUDIENCE TYPE]. Topic: [TOPIC]. Structure: a punchy intro (2 sentences), the main insight (3-4 short paragraphs), one practical thing they can do today, and a brief sign-off. Keep it under 500 words. Tone: conversational, like advice from a smart friend.
Write a LinkedIn post about [TOPIC/STORY]. Start with a single bold first line that makes people want to read more. Use short paragraphs. Share a real lesson or insight. End with one question to encourage comments. No corporate language. Audience: [DESCRIBE AUDIENCE].
Here is a piece of content I wrote: [PASTE CONTENT]. Repurpose this into: (1) a Twitter thread, (2) a 3-bullet email newsletter section, and (3) a 60-second video script. Keep the core insight but adapt the format for each platform.
These prompts help you go from a vague idea to a structured understanding fast.
I'm considering building [PRODUCT/SERVICE] for [TARGET MARKET]. Give me: (1) the top 3 pain points this market has that my product could solve, (2) existing competitors and their weaknesses, (3) the most likely objections from potential buyers, (4) the best channels to reach this audience. Be specific. Do not be vague.
Analyze [COMPETITOR NAME] as if you were a growth consultant hired to find gaps I can exploit. Cover: their positioning, what they do well, what customers complain about (based on your training data), and 3 specific angles I could use to differentiate from them.
I have an idea: [DESCRIBE IDEA]. Play devil's advocate. Give me the 5 biggest reasons this could fail. Then tell me what evidence I would need to collect in the next 2 weeks to know if this idea is worth pursuing. Be brutally honest.
These prompts save hours of operational work every week.
Create a step-by-step SOP for [TASK/PROCESS] in my business. Assume the person following this has no prior knowledge of how we do things. Include: the goal, the tools needed, each step numbered and clearly described, common mistakes to avoid, and how to know the task is complete.
Write a cold email to [TYPE OF PERSON/COMPANY] offering [YOUR SERVICE/PRODUCT]. The email should: be under 120 words, mention a specific pain point they likely have, show I understand their situation, and have one clear call to action. Do not start with "I hope this email finds you well." Make it feel human, not templated.
Create a 45-minute meeting agenda for [MEETING PURPOSE] with [ATTENDEES/ROLES]. Include: the meeting goal, time blocks for each agenda item, who leads each section, and what decisions need to be made by the end. Format it so it can be copy-pasted directly into a calendar invite.
Prompts for building, debugging, and improving your AI workflows.
Here is a repetitive task I do in my business: [DESCRIBE TASK IN DETAIL]. Map out how I could automate this using no-code tools. Suggest the tools, describe each step of the automation, and estimate how many hours per week it would save me. Be specific about the trigger, the actions, and the output.
I want to build a custom AI assistant that helps me with [TASK]. Write a detailed system prompt for this assistant. Include: the role and personality, what it should and should not do, the format it should use to respond, and any specific knowledge or constraints it should have. The system prompt should be ready to paste directly into a GPT or Claude project.
I send new workflows, prompts, and AI systems every week to my newsletter — free, no spam.
